4. Application Process

Our creator application process is selective. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance.

5. Service Agreement

If accepted, you will enter into a separate service agreement detailing compensation, responsibilities, and specific terms of our working relationship.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us necessary rights to market and manage your content as outlined in your service agreement. Our proprietary methods, strategies, and materials remain our intellectual property.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, strategies, and business practices shared during our relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

TransScale Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with appropriate notice as outlined in the service agreement. These Terms survive termination where applicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
